7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has leased the entire space in the first phase of 7R Park Bydgoszcz. As a result, the complex is set to be expanded.

The main tenant of the first phase of 7R Park Bydgoszcz is Rohlig Suus Logistics, Poland’s largest logistics operator in Central Europe. The company recently decided to expand its space by an additional 3,000 square meters. As a result, it now occupies a warehouse with a total area of nearly 16,500 square meters within the park.

Rohlig Suus Logistics is a rapidly growing company for which the strategic location of the logistics center and a personalized approach from the developer are key. We are delighted to continue our partnership and to have the tenant decide to expand its business within our park. For us, this confirms the quality of our projects as well as the relationships we build with our partners.

The lack of available space in the first phase means that 7R is preparing to expand the park. In the second phase, a facility with an area of nearly 50,000 sq. m may be built. The entire complex will ultimately total over 60,000 sq. m. The developer already has a valid building permit, enabling it to deliver the new space within 10 months of signing the contract.

7R Park Bydgoszcz is located in the southeastern part of the city, providing tenants with convenient access to both the city center and the nearby network of national highways. The park is just 2.5 km from the Szarych Szeregów Interchange and approximately 7 km from the S10 expressway.

The 7R Park Bydgoszcz development is also environmentally friendly. In the completed section of the facility, destratification units have been installed to draw heat from beneath the ceiling down to the lower parts of the building, along with other solutions designed to improve the project’s energy efficiency. The building has been awarded a BREEAM rating of “Very Good.” The planned second phase will also be certified under this system.
