7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has leased nearly 8,200 square meters in the 7R Park Poznań West complex. The tenant is Poltrakt, a company offering comprehensive transportation and logistics services.
The 7R Park Poznań West warehouse is located in Tarnowo Podgórne—just 22 kilometers west of downtown Poznań and only 8 kilometers from the S11 expressway. Additionally, its close proximity to Poznań-Ławica Airport makes this location an ideal logistics hub for both domestic and international operations. Poltrakt will begin operations at this site as early as March.
