Katarzyna Różycka joins 7R with over 19 years of experience in financial management, M&A transactions, corporate governance, corporate group transformation, and the implementation of technology solutions supporting finance functions. She has extensive experience in managing the finances of multi-entity corporate structures, gained through working in an international environment. Before joining 7R, she served as Chief Financial Officer at companies belonging to the Polenergia Group and as CFO of the Rohlig Suus Logistics Group—a logistics operator in the CEE region and Central Asia. She also worked at PKP CARGO, where, as Group Controlling Director, she was responsible, among other things, for management and securities exchange reporting, planning and budgeting, and corporate governance. She also gained professional experience at EY and Deloitte in Poland and abroad.
Over 19 years of experience in financial management
At 7R, Katarzyna Różycka will be responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s financial policy and managing the division that oversees finance, accounting, and controlling. One of her priorities will be to continue adapting financial processes to the growing scale of 7R’s operations and to support the implementation of the company’s business strategy in three European markets.
7R is in a phase of dynamic growth, which requires a high degree of flexibility in raising capital as well as very high standards of financial management. Katarzyna fully understands how to build a finance function that not only ensures the organization’s stability but also actively supports its growth and business decisions. Her managerial maturity, strategic vision, and ability to align the financial perspective with the needs of the entire organization will be a significant asset to us as we move through the next stages of growth. “I am convinced that her approach to collaboration and team building will further strengthen 7R,” said Andrzej Wroński, CEO of 7R.
7R is consistently diversifying its sources of financing
Katarzyna Różycka’s appointment comes during a period of consistent growth and diversification of 7R’s funding sources. The company finances projects using equity, through partnerships with investors and banks, and by tapping the bond market on Catalyst. The process of financing 7R’s investments through green bonds began in February 2025 with an inaugural issuance worth EUR 34 million, maturing in 2028. By September 2026, the total value of bonds issued amounted to approximately EUR 92 million. The company also adopted a resolution establishing its First Public Bond Issuance Program, under which it will be authorized to issue, in one or more series, unsecured bonds with a total value not exceeding PLN 350 million or the equivalent of that amount expressed in euros. In September 2026, this prospectus was approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
I am joining 7R at a crucial moment in the company’s development. The growing scale of operations in Poland and expansion into the Czech and German markets are opening up new opportunities, but at the same time placing increasingly complex demands on the finance department. I want to use my experience to support 7R’s continued growth by ensuring a flexible approach to financing, transparent processes, and solutions that match the company’s scale and ambitions. It will also be particularly important for me to further strengthen the finance team and create an environment based on high competence, trust, and good collaboration. I am delighted to join 7R and, together with the team, participate in the next stage of the company’s development— commented Katarzyna Różycka, CFO and Member of the Management Board at 7R.
