Pursuant to § 5(1)(9) of Appendix 4 to the ASO Rules, the Management Board of 7R S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (“the Company,” “Issuer”) hereby announces that on June 29, 2026, the Company received Søren Rodian Olsen’s resignation from his position as a member of the Company’s Management Board, effective June 30, 2026.
