7R has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the CSRD and the simplified European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) published by EFRAG in December 2025. The document was also prepared in accordance with the requirements of the EU Taxonomy.
The 7R Group’s ESG strategy is built around four key pillars: creating value for customers, consistently supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy, strengthening human capital, and developing relationships based on trust and responsible business partnerships. The publication of yet another sustainability report—the third in the company’s history—despite the absence of a formal reporting requirement in 2025, reaffirms the 7R Group’s position among the leaders in transparent ESG reporting within the industrial real estate sector in the CEE region. It also sends a clear signal of the company’s long-term commitment to investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
