The BWI R&D Center in Balice has been named Green Building of the Year for its ecological and innovative solutions in sustainable construction.
It is a unique facility in Europe and the first commercial office and laboratory building of its kind in Poland. The BWI center uses a trigeneration system, which makes the building energy self-sufficient.
