The Medezin factory has begun production as part of a 7R investment in Konstantynów Łódzki. This is the second brand owned by the Pelion Group, Poland’s largest healthcare company, to operate in the 7R Park Łódź West I. Medezin’s warehouse was designed as a build-to-suit facility and tailored to the specific needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
The developer has prepared over 3,700 square meters of warehouse and industrial space, which is divided into a pharmaceutical factory and a wholesale warehouse. In addition, the company occupies 450 square meters of office space located near the production and storage area. The Medezin factory, located on the outskirts of Łódź, will supply other companies within the Pelion Group with medical products. The Polish Pharmaceutical Group, the DOZ pharmacy chain, and Natura drugstores are the best-known brands of the Pelion Pharmaceutical Group.
Łódź is a strategically vital location for us. In the facility we designed in collaboration with the warehouse developer 7R, we will launch a production line for the secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products. This type of production process requires specific conditions at the site where the medicines are manufactured and stored. Through our close collaboration with 7R, we have succeeded in creating a space that meets our needs and enables us to grow our business in central Poland.

The building allows for temperature control between 15 and 25°C. In addition, the developer has installed a refrigerated area for storing medicinal products at temperatures between 2 and 8°C. The production area is also ventilated once per hour. Furthermore, 7R has implemented a special transshipment hub for Medezine called “autodock,” which maintains a constant temperature inside the warehouse during loading operations.
Medezin is another pharmaceutical company—along with Pharmalink, Cefea, and Marrodent—that has entrusted us with adapting a section of a 7R warehouse to meet rigorous standards for the production and storage of medicines. The production section of the facility features 12.5% natural light and highly durable epoxy resin flooring. Meanwhile, in the storage area of the building, we have established a dedicated space for products requiring special precautions and conditions. We are very pleased with 7R Park Łódź West I, as it is an attractive location for both production processes and the distribution of medicines.

7R Park Łódź West I is a modern warehouse park with a total area of 32,000 square meters, consisting of two Class A facilities, located on Inwestycyjna Street in Konstantynów Łódzki. The proximity of the A1 and A2 motorways provides excellent conditions for local, national, and international transport. 7R Park Łódź West I’s location adjacent to the newly built S14 western bypass guarantees access to infrastructure and is within easy reach of the city, which can also be an important factor for employees. Thanks to the implementation of the latest green solutions, which increase energy efficiency, both buildings included in 7R Park Łódź West I are BREEAM certified.
