Developer 7R has signed an agreement to build a build-to-suit warehouse facility for the Hultafors Group—a leading Swedish company that supplies a range of premium brands, such as Snickers Workwear, Hultafors Tools, and Solid Gear, to professional tradespeople around the world. The project, located in Goleniów (northwestern Poland), will be the country’s first A-class automated warehouse to use the AutoStore system.
7R’s warehouse facility in Goleniów will be a design-build project and will offer approximately 30,000 square meters of usable space.
The A-class BTS facility, equipped with the AutoStore system for the Hultafors Group, will be built in accordance with our eco 7R Green concept. This approach focuses primarily on maximizing energy efficiency through the use of modern solutions, such as solar panels and charging stations for electric vehicles.
