DWS, acting on behalf of one of its German institutional real estate funds, acquired a fully leased warehouse complex consisting of two buildings with a total area of 51,105 square meters.

It is crucial for tenants, not only for business reasons but also because of the convenient access it offers to future employees. 7R Park Poznań East II is located just 7 kilometers from the center of Poznań, in the Franowo district. It is only 3.5 km from the A2 highway. The proximity to residential neighborhoods allows employees to reach the facility via public transportation. 7R has also built an access road with a bike path that connects to the city’s bike network. 7R Park Poznań East II holds a BREEAM sustainability certification at the Very Good level.

The law firm Wolf Theiss advised 7R on the transaction.
