7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has appointed Michał Białas to its board of directors. Michał Białas will continue to drive the company’s growth, expand its real estate portfolio, and support leasing activities.
Michał Białas has many years of experience in the financial industry and the commercial real estate sector. He joined the 7R team last fall, taking on the role of Head of Business Development. As a new member of the 7R management board, he has also assumed the position of Chief Business Development Officer. He manages the Development, Project Management, and Leasing teams and is responsible for the development of new projects.

Michał Białas

Before joining 7R, Michał Białas spent five years with the Accolade Group, where he managed the Polish branch and helped grow the portfolio tenfold. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Accolade fund, and prior to that, he worked for many years at Santander Bank, including as Director of Corporate Clients.
Tomasz Lubowiecki is the CEO and founder of 7R. In addition to Michał Białas, the management board includes: Ryszard Gretkowski, Vice President; Christopher Zeuner, Board Member and Chief Investment Officer; and Tomasz Mika, Board Member and Chief Financial Officer.
7R is currently focusing on innovative solutions that enable the construction of environmentally friendly warehouses. This aligns with the developer’s ESG policy, which is integrated into its business model. In 2023 and beyond, projects that offer real energy savings while allowing users to significantly reduce their carbon footprint will become increasingly important. 7R is already in the advanced stages of developing a model building that will meet these requirements.
