7R, a developer of high-quality warehouses, has expanded 7R Park Kielce. The existing tenant, myBOX Logistics, is leasing additional space and will thus occupy a total of over 30,800 square meters in the project.
7R Park Kielce is a high-end logistics park that meets the highest technical standards. In the first phase, two warehouses with a total area of over 40,000 sq ft were constructed. The expansion of Warehouse No. 2 by nearly 32,000 sq ft has now been completed. Following the expansion, the complex will have a total area of over 72,000 sq ft.
The complex’s main tenant, myBOX Logistics (a subsidiary of the Marketing Investment Group, which owns and distributes brands such as JD Sport, Sizeer, 50 Style, Timberland, Symbiosis, New Era, Ellesse, and Umbro), has decided to lease additional space in the expanded facility. It will now occupy over 30,800 square meters there.

7R Park Kielce is located in Chęciny, just 13 km from the center of Kielce, and in the immediate vicinity of Provincial Road No. 762 and the S7 expressway (Kielce Południe interchange). Its location and access to key road infrastructure also provide a quick connection to John Paul II International Airport in Kraków, offering both current and future tenants a comprehensive network of logistics and transport routes. Insect houses have been installed within the park, and the developer has also ensured ample green space. The complex will hold BREEAM environmental certification. The general contractor for the entire complex is Kajima Poland.
