7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has leased an additional 3,000 square meters of space in the 7R City Flex Katowice I project. The new tenant is Iglotech.
Iglotech is a renowned distributor of state-of-the-art solutions in the fields of air conditioning, ventilation, heat pumps, refrigeration, and refrigerants, with 30 years of experience and a well-established market position. At 7R City Flex Katowice I, the tenant will occupy nearly 3,000 sq m of warehouse space with an office area. The tenant will move into the new warehouse in May 2023.

7R City Flex Katowice I is an urban warehouse with a total usable area of 22,300 sq. ft. The warehouse space will cover approximately 20,600 sq. ft., while the office space will cover nearly 1,000 sq. ft. 7R City Flex Katowice I is equipped with eco-friendly solutions, such as energy-efficient LED lighting, dehumidifiers, solar panels, and aerators to reduce water consumption. The project has been awarded a BREEAM certification at the “Very Good” level.
7R will also ensure the well-being of the facility’s employees by thoughtfully designing the outdoor space. The development includes landscape features and a relaxation area for employees.
7R City Flex Katowice I is located in the heart of the Upper Silesian Conurbation, near major roads and the airport. It will provide future tenants with excellent transportation links, resulting in highly efficient logistics operations. In December of last year, JAS-FBG, a leading logistics operator active in the Polish market, became the facility’s first tenant.
Construction of the 7R City Flex Katowice I warehouse has now been completed. Atlas Ward Polska is the general contractor for the project.
