7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has partnered with Totalizator Sportowy, which has leased over 7,000 square meters of space in one of the developer’s logistics parks.
Totalizator Sportowy is one of Poland’s largest companies. It has been in continuous operation for over 67 years. It owns, among others, the LOTTO brand and operates a sales network comprising over 23,500 outlets. In the coming months, the company will occupy over 7,000 sq. m. in a modern warehouse park built by 7R. The facility was constructed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and incorporates a range of innovative solutions designed to enhance the complex’s efficiency.
We strive to ensure that properties under the 7R brand meet the highest construction standards and the requirements of our business partners. It is a great source of satisfaction that yet another major market player has placed its trust in our brand and entered into a partnership with us. An important factor for the tenant was the use of eco-friendly solutions in the facility, such as a photovoltaic system and energy-efficient LED lighting, which enabled us to achieve a “Very Good” rating in the BREEAM certification process.

Totalizator Sportowy’s requirements regarding the type of space were very specific, and finding a suitable location required us, as consultants, to conduct an in-depth market analysis.
