7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has partnered with Totalizator Sportowy, which has leased over 7,000 square meters of space in one of the developer’s logistics parks.
Totalizator Sportowy is one of Poland’s largest companies. It has been in continuous operation for over 67 years. It owns, among others, the LOTTO brand and operates a sales network comprising over 23,500 outlets. In the coming months, the company will occupy over 7,000 sq. m. in a modern warehouse park built by 7R. The facility was constructed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and incorporates a range of innovative solutions designed to enhance the complex’s efficiency.
During the negotiation process, Totalizator Sportowy was supported by the consulting firm Savills.
Totalizator Sportowy’s requirements regarding the type of space were very specific, and finding a suitable location required us, as consultants, to conduct an in-depth market analysis. A major challenge we had to tackle together was the recent rise in rent rates. Close cooperation and a flexible approach to the client resulted in the selection of the location we recommended.
