7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, is partnering with Rebel, the largest hobby store in the Milky Way. Rebel will soon take over the 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I facility.
Once upon a time, in a remote basement in Gdańsk, a small shop for game enthusiasts was founded—Rebel. In less than 20 years, the Rebels have built an empire of board and role-playing games. They will soon take over the DC3 facility in the 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I complex, occupying over 4,700 square meters of space there. Rebel was supported in this transaction by agents from Querco Property.
We’ve been growing rapidly in recent years and releasing more and more games, so we need space to store them all! We’re very pleased with our partnership with 7R, which has helped us find the perfect location for our business. The 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I warehouse consists of three buildings equipped with eco-friendly solutions. The total area of the facility is approximately 40,500 sq. m. The warehouse park is located 4 km from Lech Wałęsa Airport, 800 meters from the S6 exit, 13 km from the center of Gdańsk, and 25 km from the port of Gdynia.
