7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has signed an agreement with Ofix Lewandowski, a leader in comprehensive corporate supply services, including office supplies, food, cleaning products, and occupational safety and health supplies. The company has leased nearly 5,500 square meters of space at 7R Park Poznań West.
Ofix.pl specializes in supplying businesses, guaranteeing its customers 24-hour delivery. Its product range includes over 12,000 items available for immediate shipment, including office paper, food products, cleaning supplies, stationery, occupational safety and health products, toner cartridges, and office equipment. It has been operating on the Polish market for 30 years, serving over 25,000 customers monthly. At 7R Park Poznań West, it will occupy 5,320 sq m of warehouse space and 157 sq m of office space.
