7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has leased nearly 2,300 sq m at 7R City Park Gdańsk South II to IGS Schreiner Polska. As a result, the warehouse park is now 100% leased. The tenant was represented in the transaction by AXI IMMO.
ISG Schreiner Polska was founded in 1999 and, since its inception, has offered professional services in the areas of sea, road, rail, and air freight forwarding, warehouse logistics, and customs clearance. For nearly 15 years, it has been growing by providing TSL solutions tailored to its clients’ needs. The space at 7R City Park Gdańsk South II will serve as a buffer warehouse. The tenant will occupy approximately 2,340 sq. m. of warehouse space, supplemented by an office and staff area of over 100 sq. m.
The opening of a buffer warehouse in the Tri-City is another of our ambitious plans aimed at increasing the brand recognition of IGS Schreiner Polska throughout the country. It is also a planned continuation of the expansion we successfully launched in Warsaw. I am confident that as early as the third quarter of 2023, when we move permanently to the new location, we will be able to offer additional services, which will help us acquire new customers.
