7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has completed the sale of 7R City Flex Gdańsk II. The new owner is GLP Europe. The facility has 11,000 square meters of space and is currently fully leased by leading brands in the food and FMCG sectors.
GLP Europe is an international company that specializes in the development and management of investments in areas such as logistics real estate and renewable energy. 7R has completed several projects for GLP to date. This time, GLP decided to purchase a completed project.
Closing this transaction with a trusted partner like 7R strengthens our presence in the Gdańsk region and expands our portfolio of logistics assets. This allows us to offer our clients a wider range of options for location and space configuration in the region, which in turn will enable them to optimize their supply chains and reach a broader customer base.
