7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has summarized its activities in Pomerania. In the last quarter, the company leased nearly 53,000 square meters of warehouse space there. At the same time, it is strengthening its presence in the region by moving into a new office and launching new projects.
7R has been setting leasing records in the Pomeranian market in recent months. In the last quarter, the developer signed several significant lease agreements for properties located in Pomerania, leasing a total of over 53,000 sq. ft. In addition, the developer finalized the sale of the 11,000-sq.-ft. 7R City Flex Gdańsk II, with GLP Europe becoming the new owner.
The past few months have been extremely busy for us. For 7R, the last quarter was significantly better than the same period last year. We are seeing growing interest in the Pomeranian market from tenants looking for high-quality warehouses. We expect this activity to continue to grow steadily.

The signed agreements mark the launch of new projects. Construction will soon begin on 7R Park Gdańsk III and the third phase of 7R Park Tczew. Both projects will ultimately offer over 260,000 square meters.

7R is also completing construction of 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I. The park, consisting of three buildings, offers nearly 40,500 square meters of space. It recently attracted Rebel, which will occupy nearly 5,000 square meters there.
In addition, as new projects were developed, the 7R office in the Tri-City moved to a new location.
We have decided to relocate our office in Gdańsk. We have chosen the modern Matarnia Office Park complex. This move will allow us to better adapt the new space to our team’s dynamic work style and will support the brand’s continued growth in the Pomeranian market and throughout the northern region.
