Spiżarnia is expanding at 7R Park Lublin

7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has signed another lease agreement with Spiżarnia. The distributor of Polish food products to Western European countries will expand its leased space at 7R Park Lublin by an additional 3,700 square meters.

Spiżarnia chose 7R Park Lublin as the location for its warehouse and offices just under two years ago. The company moved into a building in the logistics park that was developed under the BTS (Built-to-Suit) model .BTS (Built-to-Suit) is a model for commercial real estate development—most often for warehouse or industrial use—designed and built from the ground up to meet the specific, individual requirements of a particular tenant. To date, Spiżarnia has occupied nearly 22,000 square meters of space, consisting of 19,600 square meters of warehouse space and approximately 2,000 square meters of office space. Starting in October 2023, this space will increase by an additional 3,700 square meters located in Building No. 4, whose expansion was completed in August of this year.
