7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has signed another lease agreement with Spiżarnia. The distributor of Polish food products to Western European countries will expand its leased space at 7R Park Lublin by an additional 3,700 square meters.
Spiżarnia chose 7R Park Lublin as the location for its warehouse and offices just under two years ago. The company moved into a building in the logistics park, which was developed on a BTS basis and opened in December 2021. To date, Spiżarnia has occupied nearly 22,000 sq m, consisting of 19,600 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 2,000 sq m of office space. Starting in October 2023, this space will expand by an additional 3,700 sq m located in Building No. 4, whose expansion was completed in August of this year.
The food industry is a highly demanding sector that imposes strict standards on distributors regarding product storage. 7R Park Lublin meets all specific requirements, ensuring above all safety, the reliability of the refrigeration and ventilation systems, and the appropriate design of the building and its equipment, as well as compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards.
