7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, is breaking ground on 7R Park Tczew III. The first tenant is ESA logistika Polska, a leading logistics operator, which will occupy over 31,000 square meters in the park.
7R Park Tczew III is 7R’s latest project in Pomerania. The facility’s strategic location is already attracting tenants. The first tenant is ESA logistika Polska, one of the leading logistics operators, actively operating in Central and Eastern Europe (the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland). The company has leased 31,200 sq. m of space in the park. During negotiations, the tenant’s interests were represented by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The warehouse currently under construction in the Tczew County is yet another project on which we are collaborating with 7R. We are pleased that we were able to move so quickly into the implementation phase of this investment. Expansion in the Pomeranian Province is one of our company’s strategic priorities, and thanks to the developer’s flexibility, we will be able to strengthen our presence in this region in just a few months. Another very important aspect of this collaboration is the approach to sustainable development that characterizes 7R’s operations.

Like the developer’s other facilities, the new 7R project also boasts an excellent location that facilitates the fast and efficient transport of goods. 7R Park Tczew III is located just one kilometer from the A1 highway and is approximately 13 kilometers from the nearby towns of Starogard Gdański and Tczew.

The project will involve the construction of four modern warehouses. The first of these will be 12.5 meters high. Dekpol Budownictwo, a company specializing in comprehensive project management, is responsible for the construction.
We are delighted that 7R has once again placed its trust in us and invited us to participate in the third phase of the 7R Park Tczew project. In recent years, we have had the pleasure of carrying out the two previous phases of this project. We served as the general contractor for the complex, which includes, among other things, five modern warehouses with a total area of over 100,000 square meters and a gas station.

Tenants at 7R Park Tczew III will ultimately have access to over 150,000 sq m of space, which will be divided into four warehouses of varying sizes.
