7R Secures Investment Loan for 7R City Flex Katowice I

7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has secured an investment loan for the 7R City Flex Katowice I project. The financing, in the amount of €15.5 million, was provided by mBank.

7R City Flex Katowice I is a modern urban warehouse with a total usable area of approximately 22,300 square meters. The warehouse space alone accounts for approximately 20,600 square meters, while the office space covers nearly 1,000 square meters.

7R secured an investment loan for the project to finance and refinance construction costs. The financing was provided by mBank. The loan amount was 15.5 million euros, and the bank will also cover VAT in the amount of 15 million zlotys.

7R City Flex Katowice I is located in the heart of the Upper Silesian Conurbation, near major roads and the Katowice Airport. It offers tenants excellent transportation links, which translate into highly efficient logistics operations.

Warehouse space at 7R City Flex Katowice I has already been leased by companies such as Iglotech, a renowned distributor of HVAC, heat pump, and refrigeration solutions, and JAS-FBG, a leading logistics operator.

7R City Flex Katowice I features eco-friendly solutions. These include energy-efficient LED lights, air purifiers, solar panels, and water-saving aerators. The development also includes outdoor furnishings and a relaxation area for employees. Atlas Ward Polska served as the general contractor for the project.
