7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has signed a lease agreement with NordGlass. The renowned manufacturer and supplier of automotive glass will move into 7R Park Łódź East I, occupying nearly 7,000 square meters of warehouse space and approximately 150 square meters of office space.
7R Park Łódź East I is a modern logistics park consisting of three warehouses with a total area of approximately 100,000 square meters. It is located in the eastern part of Łódź, in the immediate vicinity of the A1 highway, right next to the Brzeziny interchange.
For NordGlass, a brand owned by the Japanese AGC Group—one of the world’s leading glass suppliers and automotive glass manufacturers—the warehouse near Łódź will serve as its main distribution hub in Poland. Querco Property’s advisors represented NordGlass in the leasing process.
