7R Park Poznań West is now fully leased. The latest tenants are STILL—a supplier of forklifts and warehouse technology—and CYCLE—a company offering services for electric bicycles. Together, the two companies will occupy a total of 6,800 square meters of space.
7R Park Poznań West is located in Tarnowo Podgórne, 800 meters from National Road 92, 8 kilometers from the S11 expressway, and 18 kilometers from Poznań-Ławica Airport. It is well connected to Poznań, which is just 22 kilometers away.
The total area of the park is 55,358 square meters. STILL Polska will occupy 4,100 square meters of warehouse and assembly space there. JLL advisors represented the company during the leasing process.

The facility is equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, as well as energy-efficient systems, including solar panels, a modern DALI lighting control system, and destratifiers that draw heat from beneath the ceiling to the lower parts of the building. Surrounding the park are extensive plantings and flower meadows, as well as beehives and insect houses. These features support biodiversity, which is essential for the natural environment.
7R City Park Poznań is a facility that meets high standards for environmentally friendly solutions, as confirmed by its BREEAM certification at the "Very Good" level.
