7R is building for InPost once again

7R, a developer of high-quality warehouses, will deliver two more facilities for InPost—a leader in logistics services and the owner of the Paczkomat parcel locker network. Both projects, totaling 20,000 square meters of modern warehouse space, are being built in Pomerania: at 7R Park Gdańsk IV and 7R Park Słupsk.

The newly developed 7R Park Słupsk, with an area of over 9,000 sq. m, has been fully leased by the parcel locker giant. InPost has also leased 11,000 sq m of space at 7R Park Gdańsk, developed to the latest 7R Green Saver low-carbon building standard, which achieves the highest BREEAM certification rating in continental Europe: Outstanding. Thanks to the technical solutions implemented, facilities built to the 7R Green Saver standard generate significant energy savings and achieve a minimum 50% reduction in operational CO2 emissions, as well as over a 50% reduction in primary energy demand compared to Polish technical standards.

– This is made possible by the use of high-efficiency air-source heat pumps, a photovoltaic system, and a BMS. – Our partnership with InPost is growing not only in terms of the number of facilities but also in terms of their technical standards. 7R warehouses set new standards in the industry, and their high operational efficiency translates into benefits for tenants, such as lower operating costs and better working conditions for employees.–explains Magdalena Kostjan, Head of Leasing at 7R.

Both facilities are ideally located. 7R Park Gdańsk IV is situated right next to the Tri-City ring road and the Owczarnia interchange, ensuring excellent transport links. – The proximity of residential areas, such as Osowa, and nearby towns, such as Żukowo and Kartuzy, guarantees a large pool of potential employees. The park is almost entirely leased; only the last module, with an area of approximately 4,000 sq. m, remains available for rent. Another 80,000 sq. m is under construction at 7R Park Gdańsk III, and we are also planning further developments in Pomerania,” says Marzena Taube, Leasing & Development Director at 7R. Dekpol is the general contractor for the facility, and construction work is nearing completion.

7R Park Słupsk, fully leased by InPost, is located just 200 meters from the S6 expressway, 7 kilometers from Słupsk, and 110 kilometers from Gdańsk. Dekpol is also the general contractor for the project. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
