7R will build a logistics park in Gliwice

7R, a developer of high-quality warehouses, is launching a project at the A1 and A4 Gliwice-Sośnica highway interchange. The facility will offer future tenants a total of 40,000 square meters of modern logistics space.

7R Park Gliwice will be built at the intersection of the A1 and A4 highways, which form part of the E40 European route. Gliwice—located 25 km from Katowice and 37 km from Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport—offers convenient access to several highway interchanges as well as numerous provincial and national roads. This facilitates transportation not only within Upper Silesia and other regions of Poland, but also to neighboring countries.

– Given its transport links, 7R Park Gliwice will be one of the best locations in Poland for the logistics sector, including distribution companies. “The first phase of the project will offer approximately 40,000 square meters of high-quality warehouse space, which can be divided into smaller modules and tailored to the individual needs and expectations of tenants,” says Magda Twarowska, Leasing Director at 7R.

7R Park Gliwice offers a total of 41,000 sq m of warehouse and office space, which will be tailored to the needs of future tenants. The design allows for flexible modular layouts, while the 10-meter storage height and a column grid of 12 x 22.5 meters enable efficient use of space. A fire load of over 4,000 MJ/sq m, a sprinkler system compliant with NFPA 13, and a floor load capacity of 7 tons/sq m ensure safety and durability. It will be equipped with eco-friendly solutions that support energy conservation, such as photovoltaic panels, destratification fans, LED lighting, and natural daylight in the unloading area.

7R Gliwice Park was designed to meet BEEAM certification standards at a minimum of the "Very Good" level.

The project is being carried out as a joint venture in collaboration with Quantum Development.
