Argo is moving to 7R Park Gdańsk IV, and Mercator Medical is expanding its leased space

13,000 sq. ft. — this is the total area leased at 7R Park Gdańsk IV by new tenant Argo S.A., a market leader in, among other things, office equipment and supplies for document binding and shredding, and Mercator Medical, a manufacturer of gloves and distributor of single-use medical supplies, which has expanded its lease agreement to over 19,500 sq m.

Argo S.A. has leased approximately 6,400 square meters of space, which will be used, among other things, for warehousing purposes . “We decided to relocate to a warehouse at the 7R Park Gdańsk IV distribution center   to increase our storage capacity and optimize logistics processes and costs, including in the areas of product packaging and equipment maintenance, for which dedicated zones have been custom-designed,” says Radosław Szwabe, Logistics Director at Argo. We hope that this modern facility, built and operated using environmentally friendly technology, will help reduce operating costs, improve customer service quality, and enhance the team’s working comfort. The decision to relocate to the new distribution center aligns with our organization’s mission and marks a milestone on the path to its further development.

Argo S.A. is a market leader in office equipment and supplies for document binding and shredding (brands include Kobra, Wallner, Galeria Papieru, Heykka, and Dovre), as well as a distributor of Grawerton products (supplies and equipment for sublimation and thermal transfer) and Hanami (laminating films for projects requiring high-quality print finishing). “Argo has chosen 7R for the second time. We signed our first agreement in 2017. Meanwhile, Mercator Medical S.A., which had previously chosen 7R Park Gdańsk IV, decided to expand its leased space by over 6,500 sq m. In total, the company’s new distribution center will cover over 19,500 sq m. The company will begin operations at the new location in the second quarter of 2025. As emphasized by Andrzej Michalak, Logistics Director at Mercator Medical, the new warehouse, characterized by significant potential and very high low-carbon performance standards, supports the company’s approach to environmental issues: “We are committed to optimizing distribution processes, which will improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.”

7R Park Gdańsk IV is located in Barniewice—2.5 km from the S6, the Tri-City metropolitan ring road, and 4 km from Gdańsk Airport. The 42,000-square-meter park was designed according to the highest standards and sustainability criteria, benefiting both the environment and tenants. The solutions implemented, including photovoltaic panels, a DALI lighting control system, and the thoughtful use of natural light in loading zones, deliver measurable savings on energy consumption costs. “Expanding our collaboration with tenants and attracting new companies that want to grow their operations in 7R parks is always an uplifting experience. Electric vehicle charging stations are provided for motorists. All of these eco-friendly features qualify the warehouse for a BREEAM Excellent certification.
