We are pleased to announce the appointment of Magdalena Uler-Kłeczek to the 7R Board of Directors, effective immediately. Magda, who has previously served as Chief Investment Officer and, on an interim basis, as Chief Development Officer, has played a key role in the company’s strategic development since joining 7R in early 2023.
During her tenure, she structured joint venture agreements that secured over 100 million euros in capital from business partners. Under her leadership, the Capital Markets department executed several major transactions, including the sale of a warehouse portfolio to the Investika fund for 150 million euros, the sale of 7R Wrocław West II to EQT, and the 7R BTSBuilt-to-Suit project (BTS)Built-to-Suit (BTS) is a model for developing commercial real estate—most often warehouse or industrial—that is designed and built from the ground up to meet the specific, individual requirements of a particular tenant. Magda’s promotion to Chief Investment Officer in April 2025 was a recognition of her exceptional achievements and leadership skills. With 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, including roles at JLL and Colliers, she is a respected leader known for her strategic thinking and ability to build strong relationships.
In her new role on the Board, Magda will focus on shaping the company’s strategic direction, making a key contribution to ensuring 7R’s continued growth and success. Her involvement in planning will help unlock the company’s full potential and strengthen 7R’s market position.
