Orange is moving to 7R

Orange, the leader in the Polish fixed-line, Internet, and data transmission market, has leased over 2,000 square meters of warehouse and office space at 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I.

“We are moving to 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I to ensure better access to key roads and infrastructure and a more comfortable working environment for our office staff. The new location also allows us to serve our customers more efficiently,” says Piotr Pieniążek, Director of Supply Chain Operations at Orange.

7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I consists of three warehouses with a total area of 40,500 sq m, equipped with modern and environmentally friendly technologies that ensure excellent storage capabilities and a high standard of operation. This is confirmed by its BREEAM certification at the Very Good level. The project features, among other things, a 250 kWp photovoltaic system with expansion potential, advanced thermal insulation of the walls, and LED lighting that complements natural daylight. The park is conveniently located—just 800 meters from the S6 highway exit, 13 km from the center of Gdańsk, 4 km from Lech Wałęsa Airport, and 25 km from the port in Gdynia. The location is also convenient for the park’s employees—the proximity of the PKM rapid transit station and a bus stop allows for easy access to work via public transportation.
