Piotr Pikiewicz has joined the 7R team. As Head of Project & Corporate Debt, he will lead the team responsible for project and corporate financing within the 7R Group.
Piotr Pikiewicz is an experienced expert specializing in capital raising and debt management. He has been involved in the real estate market since the beginning of his career. Most recently, as Associate Director at CBRE Poland, he successfully coordinated financial strategies aimed at optimizing capital structures, increasing liquidity, and restructuring projects. At 7R, he will support the efficiency of investment processes by securing financing for the group and its projects. “Strengthening the team with top specialists is one of the pillars of our growth strategy.” Piotr Pikiewicz’s many years of experience in financial markets and excellent managerial skills will certainly contribute to improving operational efficiency, which is essential for increasing the value of the 7R Group for shareholders,” says Tomasz Mika, CFO and Member of the Management Board of 7R SA.
Piotr Pikiewicz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. Since 2018, he has worked as an Associate Director at CBRE Poland in the Debt Advisory division of the Capital Markets Department. Previously, he was associated with Michael / Strom Brokerage House and Getin Noble Bank.
