His responsibilities include identifying new investment opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, acquiring land, and supporting the company’s expansion in the warehouse and logistics market.

Filip graduated from Gdańsk University of Technology, where he earned a Master of Engineering degree in construction technology and management. His solid technical education, combined with practical experience, enables him to effectively integrate engineering and business considerations.
