Izabela Kicińska

Izabela Kicińska is responsible for land acquisition and the development of new 7R projects. In her work, she focuses on identifying attractive locations, managing acquisition processes, and supporting the further expansion of the company’s land bank. She combines her knowledge of the real estate market with a practical approach to executing complex investment processes.

Iza has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. She gained this experience at an international consulting firm specializing in real estate management and capital markets, where she participated in numerous transactions in the office and logistics real estate markets in Poland. She holds a degree in Economics from the Ryszard Łazarski University of Commerce and Law, as well as a postgraduate degree in real estate management from the Warsaw University of Technology.
