Martin Ohly

Martin Ohly serves as Head of Germany at 7R and is responsible for expanding the company’s operations in the German market. His role is to build a sustainable portfolio of logistics real estate through the acquisition of existing assets, the development of speculative projects, and BTS (Built-to-Suit) (BTS)Built-to-Suit (BTS) is a model for commercial real estate development—most commonly warehouse or industrial—designed and built from the ground up to meet the specific, individual requirements of a particular tenant.
