Martin Ohly

Martin Ohly serves as Head of Germany at 7R and is responsible for expanding the company’s operations in the German market. His role involves building a sustainable portfolio of logistics real estate through the acquisition of existing assets, the development of speculative and BTS projects, and the establishment of joint ventures. He is an international real estate expert with nearly 20 years of experience in investment, transactions, capital markets, leasing, and portfolio management. Before joining 7R, he worked at Logicenters, Amazon Global Realty, JLL, Apleona, and Metro Properties, among others.
