7R City Park Berlin East is a modern, Class A logistics park located in Berlin’s Lichtenberg district, within the BEGEWO industrial area. The project is being developed as a brownfield development, combining the modernization of existing infrastructure with the construction of new warehouse space tailored to the contemporary requirements of urban logistics and distribution.
Ultimately, the park will offer approximately 43, 000 m² of leasable space (GLA), comprising an existing warehouse complex and two new buildings with a combined area of approximately 23, 000 m².
