7R Park Wrocław West II is 100% leased. Yusen Logistics has leased the entire space.

7R, a developer specializing in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has fully leased 7R Park Wrocław West II. The tenant is Yusen Logistics, which will occupy nearly 43,000 square meters. This is one of the largest lease agreements of the year.

7R Park Wrocław West II is an eco-friendly, low-carbon development by 7R, carried out in line with the developer’s new decarbonization strategy. The entire park has been leased by Yusen Logistics, which offers comprehensive customs brokerage services, a wide range of logistics and freight forwarding services, as well as services in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector. It will occupy nearly 42,000 sq m of warehouse space and over 1,000 sq m of office space. DLP Duch, Lisicki & Partners advised 7R on the legal aspects of the transaction. JLL, in turn, advised Yusen.

7R Park Wrocław West II is a development project carried out in the spirit of sustainable development. The project is being built in Kąty Wrocławskie in an excellent location: the warehouse offers direct access to the A4 highway (Kąty Wrocławskie Interchange). The general contractor is Kajima Poland, which ensures the highest quality in construction management and places great emphasis on environmental protection. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.

The eco-friendly solutions implemented at 7R Park Wrocław West II will ensure energy savings and reduce operating costs. Operational CO2 emissions will be more than 50 percent lower compared to buildings constructed in accordance with the technical requirements set forth in building codes.

The technical solutions implemented include: high-efficiency LED lighting, improved airtightness of the building, upgraded heating and ventilation systems equipped with heat recovery systems as well as high-efficiency heat pumps, and a photovoltaic panel system. 7R Park Wrocław West II will also feature an expanded Building Management System (BMS). All of this will enable 7R to apply for BREEAM certification at the highest level, Outstanding.
