7R is completing construction of the Beskid III warehouse and logistics park in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The 22,000-square-meter facility is located near the border with the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The future tenant will have access to a customer base of 3 million individuals in the Upper Silesian conurbation.
7R Park Beskid III is located along the S1 highway connecting Silesia with the south of the country, just 40 km from the Czech border in Cieszyn and less than 60 km from the Slovak border in Korbielów. This location opens up opportunities for transporting goods to Central Europe, as well as to northern Poland, including nearby cities in Silesia.
The park offers 21,000 sq m of modern warehouse space and 1,000 sq m of office space. A key advantage is the increased storage height—up to 10.6 m—which covers an area of approximately 8,200 sq m. The facility is equipped with a 20-bay forklift charging station and an optimized dock layout. 7R Park Beskid III is scheduled to open in June 2024. It will expand 7R’s network of warehouses in the Silesian Beskids region.
This is our latest facility in the region, which underscores the strong interest in warehouses located near the country’s southern border. We know that it is important to tenants that parks are also employee-friendly. One of the factors influencing this is ease of access. 7R Park Beskid III is located near the Bielsko-Biała Komorowice interchange, from which it is easy to reach any part of the city. Employees from nearby towns can also reach the site by train.
