7R launches its first project in the Czech Republic

The 7R Group has obtained a building permit for its first warehouse in the Czech Republic. 7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway is located in a prime spot for future tenants—along the highway connecting Brno and Prague. The investment is valued at over 30 million euros.

7R, a developer of high-quality warehouses, is implementing a strategy to expand into the Czech market. This is the company’s first international project; for the past 15 years, it has been growing rapidly in Poland, building innovative, eco-friendly warehouse and manufacturing facilities tailored to customer needs.

7R Park Lavičky D1 Highway is a modern building with a total area of 26,000 square meters. In line with the developer’s decarbonization strategy, it will be equipped with numerous green solutions designed to reduce CO2 emissions and operating costs, such as: LED lighting with a smart control system, a photovoltaic installation, publicly accessible electric vehicle charging stations, as well as the use of graywater in flushing systems. 7R will also ensure the biodiversity of the green spaces by planting flower meadows, trees, and shrubs near the park. Rainwater will be used to maintain the green spaces. The designed solutions will enable the facility to apply for BREEAM certification .BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is one of the world’s most important and widely recognized methods for the multi-criteria assessment of buildings in terms of sustainability, environmental performance, and user comfort.
