Ecologistics is backing a joint project between 7R and EQT Real Estate

7R and EQT Real Estate announce the signing of a long-term lease agreement for their first joint development project in Lužec nad Vltavou. The Czech branch of the international logistics company Ecologistics, a subsidiary of Goodcang Holdings, has exclusively leased the entire modern warehouse, which spans 44,500 square meters. It will be used to support local and cross-border e-commerce operations and to provide logistics and fulfillment services to various clients in the online retail sector.

7R continues its partnership with a leader in e-commerce logistics solutions. Construction of a new BTS facility in Bydgoszcz is underway

7R begins construction of a built-to-suit (BTS) facility for a company specializing in providing logistics solutions for the e-commerce industry in Europe. A modern parcel sorting facility will be built at the 9,700 sq m site located in Bydgoszcz. The project is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. This is yet another project developed by 7R for this company—to date, the developer has delivered 44,000 square meters of modern warehouse space across five locations.

Berner Polska Chooses the 7R Hub in Nowa Huta

7R has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Berner Polska Sp. z o.o. for modern warehouse space at 7R Hub Nowa Huta. The Polish subsidiary of one of Europe’s leading providers of maintenance products in the B2B market has leased approximately 6,500 square meters of functional space in the logistics and technology hub being developed by 7R in Kraków.
